FEDERA has been an active organization for over three decades – from 1991 to 2021 as the Federation for Women and Family Planning association, and since 2021 as the Foundation for Women and Family Planning. As a non-governmental organization, we are completely independent of state funding. Our work has been and continues to be possible only thanks to grants and individual donations.If you would like to support our work financially, you can:

Donations made to the Foundation for statutory purposes can be deducted from the tax base (an individual can deduct up to 6% of their income, provided the funds are transferred to the Foundation’s account).
In the case of a donation made to the account, we process the donor’s first name, last name, and registered address, as well as the donation amount – this information is visible in the payment description, along with the email address if it is provided in the payment title. Donor data is processed in accounting documentation. Donors have the right to access their data and make corrections. The data is not shared with any data recipients as defined by Article 7, item 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act. However, the Foundation is required to implement financial security measures in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act. In practice, this means, among other things, the obligation to inform the General Inspector of Financial Information about any transactions that, according to the guidelines in the Act, should be considered suspicious. Upon a donor’s request by email, the Foundation will issue certificates for the purpose of deducting the donation and send them to the provided email address.
